We have some BREAKING News: SPFPA's #2 leader Rick O'Quinn & his wife Mabel O'Quinn just pled GUILTY to Criminal Information charging both of the defendants with Conspiracy to Provide and Receive Prohibited Payments, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 371. — Rick O'Quinn's wife ran a security company called Patronus Systems Inc pulling tens of millions as a sub-contractor for Paragon Systems Inc, while Rick O'Quinn served as Vice President at large at SPFPA — Ricky O’Quinn was involved in the finance, budget, and operations of Company-2 Patronus Systems since its inception in a clandestine role.
Both Ricky and Mabel O’Quinn endeavored to hide Rick’s involvement in operating Company-2 Patronus Systems.

Here is a video we found from 7 years ago calling for a full-blown investigation by the FBI of former SPFPA Senior Advisor to SPFPA President David L. Hickey / Vice President @ Large Rick O'Quinn and the conflict between Rick O'Quinn and his wife's company Patronus Systems, Inc. SPFPA was fully aware of this video as well as former SPFPA Rick O'Quinn's wife Mabel O'Quinn owning Patronus Systems, Inc, regardless of this fact, SPFPA President Hickey closed a BLIND EYE to this fact!

This was clearly a conflict of interest and SPFPA President David L. Hickey knew about this conflict of interest between SPFPA, and Patronus Systems since 2010 and did nothing about it. WHY -- That's over a decade of silence. --Members deserved protection.

Here is a video we found from 7 years ago calling for a full-blown investigation of former SPFPA Senior Advisor to SPFPA President David L. Hickey / Vice President @ Large Rick O'Quinn and the conflict between Rick O'Quinn and his wife's company Patronus Systems, Inc. It should be noted that SPFPA's general counsel Gordon Gregory, concluded that there was NO Conflict of interest between SPFPA Rick O'Quinn and his wife's company Patronus Systems, Inc. We all now know based on the O'Quinn's GUILTY Plea's this was just a lie / coverup. This video clearly proves that SPFPA President Dave Hickey was fully aware of this Conflict of Interest between SPFPA and the O'Quinn's, but Hickey choose to close a BLIND EYE to this fact!

Ricky’s wife, Mabel O’Quinn, was the founder, incorporator, and an initial director of Company-2, which provided protective security officers at federal workplaces in numerous states. While Mabel served as Company-2’s chief executive officer and president, Ricky was involved in the finance, budget, and operations of the company since its inception in a clandestine role.
