The 2020 US Presidential Election Disputes emerged following former President Donald Trump's loss to Joe Biden, which ignited a series of claims and legal actions aimed at questioning the election's legitimacy. Trump and his supporters alleged widespread voter fraud and irregularities, despite these claims being dismissed by numerous courts and officials, including his own Attorney General, William Barr, who found no evidence to substantiate such allegations. The disputes not only delayed the presidential transition process but also culminated in significant unrest, highlighted by the January 6, 2021, Capitol riot, where a mob attempted to disrupt the certification of the Electoral College votes.
On a Twitter post by SPFPA Region 3 Vice President Ryan Kelly, and an Executive Board member of the International Union, Security, Police and Fire Professionals of America (SPFPA), Kelly clearly shows his discontent for the 2020 presidential election citing:
"The 2020 U.S. General Election is Illegitimate" followed with a SWASTIKA on the Twitter Logo dated Jan 8th.

Here is another Ryan Kelly twitter account we found under a different twitter account name RyanKelly001 promoting a Swastika on a Twitter symbol. As you can see SPFPA President David L. Hickeys post is right above Ryan Kelly's post.
After we did a Google search of SPFPA Ryan Kelly, here was the results above, linking SPFPA Region 3 VP Ryan Kelly to the twitter account handle of RyanKelly001. The same Twitter handle displaying another SWASTIKA on the Twitter Logo.
Ryan Kelly from Warren, Michigan, twitter followers include Maria Gamon SPFPA Region 3 Director, SPFPA President David L. Hickey, IUSFPA, & SPFPA307. Is this a coincidence or is this really SPFPA Region 3 Director Ryan Kelly's other twitter account?
The twitter account of Ryan Kelly is following both SPFPA, SPFPA President David L. Hickey and President Trump. Remember under SPFPA Region 3 Vice President Ryan Kelly's - Kellyrj1 twitter account post he noted "The 2020 U.S. General Election is Illegitimate" followed with a SWASTIKA on the Twitter Logo dated Jan 8th. This would make sense why he is following President Trump.
Ryan Kelly also reposted several of SPFPA's posts as noted above and below. Based on these facts it's safe to assume that the RyanKelly001 Twitter account belongs to SPFPA Region 3 Vice President Ryan Kelly, symbolizing a SWASTIKA on the Twitter Logo like the one he posted on his Kellyrj1 twitter account post back on Jan 8th.
It should be noted that this Swastika post from Ryan Kelly from his RyanKelly001 Twitter account above was made on Jan 8, 2021. This happens to be the same month and day as the Swastika Twitter post he made with his profile picture on his Twitter account Kellyrj1 noted below. This twitter post was posted not once but twice.

C. Cuza prior to World War I,[17][18][19] but this did not change public perceptions about the symbol until the German Nazi Party adopted the swastika as an emblem of the so-called Aryan race. As a result of World War II and the Holocaust, Western societies continue to strongly associate the symbol with Nazism, antisemitism,[20][21] white supremacism,[22][23] or simply evil.[24][25] As a consequence, displaying it is prohibited by law in several countries.

ALEXANDRIA, Va. – A Florida couple pled guilty today to conspiracy to provide and receive prohibited labor payments, in violation of the Labor Management Relations Act, also known as the Taft-Hartley Act.
According to court documents, since at least 2010 until November 2023, Ricky Dallas O’Quinn, 63, of Melbourne, Florida, served as both an officer and employee of International Union, Security, Police and Fire Professionals of America (SPFPA), a labor organization that represents protective security officers at federal workplaces. SPFPA executed collective bargaining agreements with several employers covering the security industry in several states. Ricky’s wife, Mabel O’Quinn, was the founder, incorporator, and an initial director of Company-2, which provided protective security officers at federal workplaces in numerous states. While Mabel served as Company-2’s chief executive officer and president, Ricky was involved in the finance, budget, and operations of the company since its inception in a clandestine role. Both Ricky and Mabel O’Quinn hid Ricky’s involvement in operating Company-2.
